Rick really went over the top for my family and made our home buying experience feel like a breeze so when he asked if we wanted to leave a testimony, there was no way we could say no ! We were in a rush, had 60 days to be moved in somewhere, needed a 4 bed 2 bath, had a very limited schedule to work with, and had a lot of “filters” that we knew we wanted lol Rick told us from the beginning, “ don’t worry, I will work around your schedule,” and he really did.
He was so courteous and professional and was very patient with us. He always replied to our texts and phone calls, we never had to call twice, he explained all the home buying terminology in a simple way so that I could translate it back to my parents since they don’t speak English and he never once tried to push a house on us. Every time my mom would get off work at 8pm she would call me so I could call Rick about another house she just saw online and when we would ask when we could go see it , without hesitation he would say “I’ll call right now” and within 5 minutes he would call us back to tell us we could go right now if we wanted. Without his being available like that there’s just no way we would of been able to close on a house in time….
He helped us with the whole process from beginning to end including the loan and everything . We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us find our amazing home. He even gave us a beautiful house warming gift after the closing! We have already recommended him to several of our friends and will continue to do so with a smile. We are forever grateful to him!
