I never imagined a realtor could make our home buying experience SO great. Ricky was super helpful from start to finish. He immediately texted me when I submitted my first lead and asked when a good time to get together might be. He followed up consistently, but when we pushed our move back, he was understanding. He was always available for questions and talking out our options. He was quick to get us comp information and get our offers in. Right when we were getting frustrated with how competitive the market is, he found us our dream home the same day it was put on the market! After our offer was accepted, he helped us search for home warranties and introduced us to contractors and vendors for the updates we wanted to make. He even had our home cleaned for us before we moved in!
